Those who have a hierarchy of some are “less” and some are “more” will always make those who fail to meet their expectations or demands as being “less”; they will always find a defect to criticize, a way to demean, disregard and otherwise blame the other rather than simply allowing that they made a choice to move on or have a view that is different. This is the primary weapon of those who are the most wounded as they are unable to see themselves and others as “separate” and have a sense of entitlement to criticize the character of others in order to esteem themselves.
The question to ask? “Is this me?”. This is how we create the change that will change the world. We learn to see things in others (awareness) and then address it in ourselves (self awareness) rather than pointing fingers and doing to them what they have done to us.
